Do not store timber in the subfloor and make sure that the Hot Water Overflow is directed away from the external wall or into a drain, address any leaking taps or excessive moisture against the external walls or in the subfloor.
Fleas love sandy dry soils, so where possible keep the dogs from getting under the house, make sure you treat pets monthly with an approved product like Frontline, and wash the pets bedding frequently in hot water.
